Curby recycled reinforced water-activated tape is a kraft-based carton sealing tape engineered for tamper-evident closure on corrugated boxes. The starch-based adhesive activates on contact with water and bonds aggressively to corrugated surfaces without heat or pressure tools beyond a standard WAT dispenser. Once set, the tape cannot be removed cleanly, leaving visible evidence of any tampering throughout the shipping process.
The dual-direction reinforcement — fiberglass strands running machine direction, polyester strands running cross direction — resists splitting and tearing under stacking, handling, and transit stress. The recycled kraft construction supports sustainable packaging programs in e-commerce fulfillment, distribution centers, manufacturing operations, and retail warehousing where seal integrity cannot be compromised.
Each roll measures 3 inches wide by 450 feet long, delivering high linear footage per roll to reduce changeover frequency during continuous sealing runs. Cases contain 10 rolls and ship via parcel carrier. The roll format is compatible with standard water-activated tape dispensers.
