This smooth black polyester strapping measures 5/8" wide and runs 2,850 feet per coil, wound on a 16 x 3" core. Each case contains 2 coils for a total of 5,700 feet. At 45.58 lbs per case, individual coils are substantially lighter than comparable steel strapping, reducing operator fatigue during high-volume strapping operations.
Polyester strapping holds tension through extended transit and storage, making it well-suited for palletized freight, bundled lumber or pipe, unitized manufactured goods, and outbound shipment preparation. Manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment operations use it as a cost-effective alternative to steel strapping where load retention and non-corrosive performance are both required.
