The 22 x 6 x 16" flat-panel TV box is a full overlap (FOL) corrugated shipping box built for flat, slim, and fragile items that demand extra structural protection. Unlike standard RSC boxes, FOL flaps extend across the entire width of the box, creating a double layer of corrugated material on both the top and bottom panels — significantly increasing crush resistance where impacts are most common.
Pre-printed fragile messaging and directional arrows on two sides deliver immediate handling cues to carriers and warehouse staff, eliminating the need for separate fragile labels.
