These 4 x 6½" blue direct thermal labels are engineered for desktop direct thermal printers and feature a permanent adhesive backing that bonds securely to cartons, envelopes, totes, and poly mailers. Heat-activated printing produces clear, legible output directly on the label face — no ribbon required.
The blue color supports visual color-coding systems in warehousing, order fulfillment, distribution centers, and manufacturing environments, where distinct colors identify departments, shifts, priority levels, or SKU categories at a glance.
Labels are wound out on a 1" diameter core with a 4" outer diameter, sized for compatibility with standard desktop direct thermal printers.
